The KOTBS does nothing else than putting destruction (in the lower tiers where there aren't many chosen) in the same place order has been for three months. Having to fight costantly debuffed against a costantly buffed enemy.
Enjoy the pain train, and have fun when those KOTBS will reach tier 4, because then the balance of the game will be shifted where it should be.
