Is a player driven sandbox game, all these boring features have a sense if you play inside a corp and interacting with other players. Is the only MMO with a live breathing and ever changuing player driven world.
If you are a solo player in Empire you leave bored in less a week. Or in other words: if you not really WANTS be a EVE player you never will be a EVE player.
Why EVE -a unfriendly MMO for everyone- was not closed in their first year or two? Because is the only MMO that today support the MMO how world concept, with real freedon for players to be everything they wants, all the other are class based KKOXPLs (Kill Kill Online for XP and Loot) games.
P.D.: Space in SWG was not seamless and lack a real hiperspace travel or walkable space bases, a great fail for me. EVE have a BIG and ralistic space, with easy and short hiperspace travel and dogfight combat could be great. Next year ambulation implement walkable bases and some housing, increasing the EVE player freedon and play possibilities.
