What's the deal with re-accepting EULAs and TOSes anyway? Some games require it every boot up, others only when it changes. Originally, WAR required you to agree to both every time, then they changed it to just one. At the time, their reasoning was that their legal team said it was required for the terms to be enforceable. So what changed? I'm not aware of any major legislation passing or landmark court cases involving EULAs...
