I'm not hating on Blizzard (though I'm not a fan of WoW), it's just that the blogmedia people have a whole entire blog for WoW. Because of that focus Massively really shouldn't see any WoW coverage at all. That podcast that just happened? It shouldn't be in the realm of this site, but should be on WoW insider. It would be like if blogmedia had motorcycleblog.com and posted 20% of it's content as rehashes of what autoblog has under the guise that it's both transportation.

Why? Last time I checked the site was called Massively, which tends to infer that its main topic of discussion is MMO's. WoW is an MMO, a very, very big MMO. Whether you like it or not, its presence and success have changed the genre forever, and had an impact on the MMOs you play. Being such a major player in the market, I believe it is more than worthy of discussion on any MMO geared site-WoW specific or not.

Because it's like creating a filing cabinet with a folder that says WoW, then copying everything in that folder and throwing it on the ground.

And also, for the reasons you stated, WoW has it's own blog (last time I checked hey second grade)

Bam, so are you saying that if there is a TV show that covers baseball exclusively, that NO OTHER TV show can ever say anything about baseball?
