Just make sure to sign up for an account on the American TCOS page. According to one of the community managers, that serves as the application for the closed beta. He also seemed to imply that it won't be hard to get into.

That said, if you want entry into the European beta, you might like this link...http://concours.jeuxonline.info/concours/74

It's a French site that's giving away keys. They only have 370 or so left at the moment, so Google Translate away! :)
