Darkfall beta is actually happening, tester feedback proves it

I don't know if this absolutely proves it (I'd be more convinced by, say, a beta invite :D), but it comes close.

I'm still surprised at the lack of leaks, though. Most betas leak at some time or another. We'll see.

hmm.. never heard of this game but it looks interesting. Might have to check it out when it releases :)

If AoC irritated you as much as you act like it did david i would suggest maybe waiting a while before trying darkfall.

Yes, this game is going to be great if/when it comes out. I thought these comments were anything but real, though; obviously they're hand picking testers for whatever reasons, and the idea that beta testers are going to rave about a game is ridiculous at best. Their entire job is to find the flaws and harp on and on about them, but we're supposed to believe this game... this game thats been in development for 7 years, is being put together by an incredibly small team, and hasn't had ANY kind of stress testing at all... we're supposed to believe this game is actually going to come out by the new year and not fail miserably? I am not believing it.

That, and I've been on the beta invite list for over 3 years and I still haven't gotten an invite. My entire guild of over 100+ people is on that list, and none of them are in the beta yet. I think this is all smoke and mirrors, in fact I bet this game is coming out on the Phantom console.

This game doesn't excite me at all. Every time I read something about it, I think it's doomed to fail.*shrug*
