More surprising than the fact they haven't played (which is not surprising at all), is the fact that the passage I've quoted hasn't raised any red flags to anyone at Blizzard about the biggest flaw in their design philosophy -- the inability to group with people of different levels.

It's the main reason I get sick of the game so fast -- I'm never the same level as guildmates or friends, and I probably never will be.
