I play PnP D&D once a week and DDO most other evenings. Now if I could only pull a stupid small shard.

I first started playing D&D in 1986, was only 10 at the time. Don't get to play much anymore though, so DDO has become my fix.

I play D&D 4th edition once per week, and DDO much more than that. I've been through Mod 8's New Player Experience, and Turbine has improved the introduction to the game immensely. If anyone reads this far, I recommend checking the game out! Trial accounts are supposed to be available today (Nov. 6) or tomorrow. Check out http://www.ddo.com for details.

DDO's my only experience with the IP. Still one of my favorite MMOs on the market. It's more immersive than most single player games. Just a shame I can't convince more people to try it out.

I've been playing D&D since 1st Edition, and just bought the 4th Edition PHB. I've also played almost every electronic version of D&D except this.

Yep, played PnP, PC Gold Box D&D, Baldur's Gate and now DDO. I'm a casual player, but have two capped toons. Great game if you like party-based instanced dungeons.

I have just recently returned to DDO after a short break and LOVE the new entry zone as well as the awesome review on Massively as well as the interview on DDOCast. I played AD&D 2nd edition in the 80s and recently bought the 4th edition rules because of how fun DDO has been.

I love DD, used to play it way back in the old Jr. High School days.

I took a 10 year break from D&D, but have found that the 4e rules have my friends and I playing again. Have looked to PC gaming like NWN to bridge that 10 year gap, but I'm glad to be back at the table again. Here's hoping DDO is as much fun!

And I'm only 22 lol.

I was introduced to D&D by a freind of the Family when he saw me reading the Special Edition of the Hobbit. A couple days later I was learning D&D as tought by a kindly elder gentlemen. I realize as I got older that I had such a special treat as the kindly Gentleman was no other than Dave Arneson. My first copy of D&D was the original Box set (circa 1979). Since than I have played almost every edition and I hate to admit my favorite setting is still "Spelljamer"

I first started messing around with D&D, with the three brown books in the white box. Still have 'em. Couldn't really get my friends interested but had fun designing dungeons and such. By the time AD&D came out, D&D had hit scouts and various geek groups in high school, like he A/V and Physics club.

Mostly AD&D. None of this 1.5 or 2.0 stuff. I've also got a little "Classic" D&D under my belt too though.
