I played the first everquest but never played the second one. Seems like a lot of fun.

Because EQ2 has the best PvE hands down. No other game can compare.

I played EQ1 and wanted to try EQ2, but that little game called WoW kind of distracted me. Maybe time for another chance.

I play EQ2 as my escape from other MMO's. When PvP in War(or DAoC) action just aint cuttin it and i cant stand to be in wow i spend some time in everquest 2. Its just an awesome, immersive world with a ton of stuff to do an see.

I played EQ2 at release for a few months but left to be with friends I was playing with at the time. Now that time has passed, I've been anxious to get back into EQ2 for what I hear is the most amazing pve content around. This would be just what I need to make that jump back into the game.

I wouldn't mind getting back into this. It's been consistently going for the past few years and I have a lot of great characters to get back to. Just gotta put WAR down...

EQ2 is my favorite MMO. No matter what game I drift to I always return. I find that it is the best mix of old school pre-WoW era MMO gameplay and post-WoW polish/playability.

Fantastic game with lots to offer.

I played EQ2 for a little while but gave it up due to lack of time; this would be a great excuse to give it another go! I really liked the unique and interesting classes.

I played EQ1 for many years. The community back then was amazingly close-nit.
I tried EQ2 on release and wasn't drawn in, but I've been thinking about giving it another go with all of the new content/changes.

Lotta nostalgia for EQ1, but it's a nice game onto itself.

I have played EQII on and off since it came out. I did play EQI before that and have also played many other MMOs as well. One of the things that repeatedly brings me back to EQII is how robust that game truely is. It is so finely polished in many different aspects. From collection quests, to decorating your house with your own in game crafts to the soloing, grouping and raiding content, the game is.. ..well, not a game at all. It is a full separate world. Should the real world of people just put aside any pre-concieved notions about the publisher or the age of the game itself, you'd find yourself extremely pleased with the options presented with its gameplay.
