I would have to say my favorite fantasy movie is Spirited away, man that anime movie is good! Although if that doesn't count as like "real fantasy" or what ever then I would say the Narnia films. (yes i know they are kind of lame but i really like them for some odd reason)

I liked RotK, but the Two Towers is my favorite.

I'd have to go with Return of the King, especially the extended version.

Is there any better fantasy movie than RotK? I think not, it was amazingly epic!

While the easy answer would probably be the lord of the rings trilogy because they are amazing movies. My favorite fantasy movie is Labyrinth. I was a kid when I saw this and it holds that spot in my heart.

There's only been few great fantasy movies over the years. Lots of times there's been a great story but limited effects or vice versa as the years went by. Some great movies others have alreay listed on here, like Willow, Conan, LOTR, etc... Plus you can't forget Dragonslayer. That was a fun movie for it's time and a pretty cool dragon. Though my favorite(s) hands down is The Lord of The Rings Trilogy. I had been waiting for movies like this since I was about 8 years old when I first read the Hobbit. They are what I call "fantasy movies". They are the only ones I can say that I saw over 7 times each in the theatres. No other movie or movies have ever made me do that.
Good luck to everyone and be well.
