I wish they'd take the time and patch in a little something called 'Fun'. As is, the game bores me to tears.

It's a lot of fun when you get good PvP going, but the PvE content is definitly a grind fest at higher levels. That'd be the reason I'm not 40 yet.

Comments like that always puzzle me. Why do you play a game that "bores you to tears"?!

I suspect that you are just grinding away in PvE or scenarios believing that is all there is to WAR. If so, you're right, that is boring but you're missing out on the "real" reason to play WAR: RvR (not just PvP).

Granted, on some servers it can be difficult to get some RvR action going so try a more populated server or an OpenRvR server. After WotLK goes live Mythic will, most likely, be merging servers anyway to help with the population distribution plus there is upcoming free server transfers -- so hang in there!

Unfortunately, I'm -not- currently playing. Bought the game on launch day, and chose not to go with a subscription at the end of the free month. As it stands, I'm waiting to see how it pans out, but as it stands...it just wasn't fun enough to spend my money on in its current state. Which is sad, considering how genuinely excited I was about this game. I really *wanted* to like it.

...They should probably stick to working on the classes they already have instead.

There are still "role gaps" with some races, like a Dark Elf tank and Dwarf melee DPS, that need to be addressed first. Once they fill those, however, I agree with you in that they need to polish the existing classes more before adding new ones.

I like how he says "going through -ideas-" for and an expansion and new-new classes...

... and it's reported that they are working on it.

lolmassively.

They've already sort of hinted before that the first expansion would probably include new races. Since careers are tied directly to race (there are no human ironbreakers, for example), isn't it common sense that there would be "new-new" careers?

In other words, there is literally NOTHING to report.

What a lot of you don't realize is that they will be working on the current classes and current game content/problems. But even as they do this, if they wish to have an expansion come out in a timely manner they have to work on that now as well. Blizzard did the same thing once WoW was released. They've even been working Lich King since before Burning Crusade even came out. It's foolhardy to think that they can wait till everything is fixed and content updated then crank out a working expansion in such a short time.
