100% exp bonus does nothing when hardly anyone has an incentive to ORVR in the first place. Loot rolls are messed up, there aren't enough loot rewards for keeps, no loot rewards for BFO's, etc. Plus you get the "this player is worth reduced xp due to being recently killed" a lot of the time.

While its nice to see some action, this is like putting a band aid on a wound that needs stitches.
