You're still getting 0% xp if no one is in the RvR lakes.
I don't like the way scenarios are being over played right now, but their convenience cannot be over ridden with more XP in an area no one is in.
Plus I get a huge boost of XP if I win a Scenario. I want RvR but I just think Mythic is going about it the wrong way.
