Interesting stuff. This sort of reminds me of them leaning towards the capabilities of Qwaq with drag-n-drop functionality and allowing people to work together with open office (PPT, DOC, XLS) and web browsers. I bet the Lindens already have a trademark application for IW in the works.

The Rivers Run Red Immersive Workspaces trademark belongs to RRR and has been in the pipe for a while - though not quite as long as Immersive Workspace which appears to be an already conflicting trademark granted in 2007. (We're looking into that)
