No, Mythic isn't doing a particularly good job of blocking gold spam. It is ridiculous for Mark Jacobs to blog about how important blocking gold spam is, only to have a chat system lacking even the most basic of reporting features or a simple way at launch of reporting them.

Gold spamming in WAR is as easy as doing a search for who's online and then copy and pasting /tells. That isn't making life "as hard as we can" for gold spammers, especially since it should have been obvious that gold spammers would flock to WAR in numbers.
