Hate to be negative over and over about AOC, but the game has already officially died... Their stock is down to $5 a share and it was $55 a share a few months ago... there is 0% chance of them recovering for screwing up their launch that bad...

Doesn't matter how many patches they add onto the game, people that feel like they have been screwed over will not return to the game... funcom is full of liars and scammers in my opinion, neither I nor any of my friends will ever go back to a game Funcom produces because they lied about multiple aspects of the game, the pvp patch and the DX10.

PS - I filed a disput with my credit card company and got a $50 credit added back onto my account. Just tell your credit card company that they were using false advertising (DX10) and you will get your money back!

"Hate to be negative over and over about AOC"

I sincerely doubt you do since you continue to do it. Why not comment on the actual content of the post instead of just reading "Age of Conan" in the title and deciding it's another chance to vent?

I think these changes to make playing a griefing murderer a viable, though difficult lifestyle is great. What other PvP enabled game has done that? Only UO that I can recall and it did it accidentally. Combined with the fact that AoC's combat system is more player skill based than most other MMOs, with PvP XP and sieges, this game is shaping up to be a current gen PvP MMO'ers ideal game.

You don't really hate being negative over and over about AoC, otherwise you wouldn't post about it at all.

If games like Vanguard (might I add is actually really good now) and The Matrix Online can survive, than AoC will do just fine. Think about, how many real big MMO's actually die and close within a year or two. I can think of maybe Earth & Beyond, Auto Assault, and AC2, and maybe AC2 is the only game that even compares to player base that AoC has. That's 3 out of how many MMO's in the last 5 years. MMO's rarely die, and AoC still has too many subs and Funcom still has plenty of money so I think AoC will be around for a while.

OH, before you call me a fanboy, I actually quit AoC months ago because its just not what I expected, currently playing EvE.
