The first two are a bit broadly worded, yes. And there are a few loopholes I can think of. Still, it's nice to see a policy whose requirements are (mostly) objective and easy to follow: "If you do X, Y, or Z, you are in violation; otherwise, you're not."

Sure beats "You are in violation if we feel like you are in violation. And even if we decide something's not violation now, we might change our minds about the same thing later. So nyer."
