SO really sounds more like a full priced adventure pack, than a real expansion.

Adventure packs don't usually have 20 zones.

and expansions take longer than a couple of weeks to see the content. the only thing that will drag out is new gear and even that wont take that long.

I don't think it matters how many expansion packs there are, as long as the game is good and still resonating with its fans.

Good gameplay can go a long way in sustaining older games. There are always ways to improve games which is probably the whole reason why expansions exist for games.

I actually believe Everquest can regain the popularity it once lost from WoW. I think Sony believes that too, hence the reason for the new expansions.
