I thought the targeting icons could have been better. It was not immediately apparent who you were targeting. Superspeed was fun and I even accidentally hit the turbo. I could not follow where I was going and they said they are still tweaking that aspect. Per the presenters, every super hero has Super Strength so they can pick up objects and throw them. I thought that was a little disappointing and generic. The ice powers did look pretty cool though. I never tried the fly but some of the poses were good. Every time I asked about something or criticized some aspect, they were good natured about it and said they were not even in alpha stage. I was a little disappointed about only using 4 powers but they clarified it by saying you could swap in different powers as the 'active' ones. Using ice powers then go to your base and swap out for some fire.

Overall, it was a little to 'arcade-like' for me so I hope it gets tweaked/changed for a more RPG feel.

There is still so much to add and so much they did not show(bases, instances, how you will make your powers stronger, etc) so I'm definitely reserving any judgment for the future. The above was just some impressions I had while playing their demo.

Damn that is why Marvel Online was canceled .... Really its a hard sale to play a DC game and not can play like Superman or Batman..... I not want play a wannabe hero that is like a sidekick to the big heroes that I am pretty sure can handle all alone...
