Not exactly shocking. Too much hype and then failing to deliver, and instead delivering a horribly buggy product, doesn't lead to long term success.

Although it was noted on other sites that Flagship doesn't own the rights to either of their two games, and so chances are they will remain alive, but in the hands of another developer who will hopefully do something good with it.

I think there should be a class-action lawsuit though over the Founder's Offer. They screwed a lot of people with that. Didn't even last a year.
