Well I think the flexibility within NCSoft of moving staff around is a plus. Fresh faces in roles brings great things to the games we love.

Tom Potter is a great example of this

Move hints at the eventual death of TR... it is moving in the same direction that Auto Assault did before death. I wanted to love the game and sing it's praises but after 4 months I was maxed out and bored with the bugs and crashes.

While lack of end-game content is still an issue, I can honestly say that bugs and crashes are not. There recent Feedback Fridays and the War College point to growth and things being done, and your assessment being wrong. I don't know why TR attracts such rabid anti-fans that want to post about it's death at every turn, but I suppose time will tell.
