This most recent Feedback Friday is chock full of the usual bug fixes and the announcement of Deployment 9's arrival on the live server within days, but we thought we'd address one particularly interesting response given to a question the developers received regarding the direction of the game recently.
When asked why they're making Tabula Rasa a PvP MMO, their response was, "PvP has never been and is not going to be the only direction we want TR to take. It is true that a lot of changes and additions have been made with PvP in mind and the Wargame is a good example, but in this case for instance, it is mainly because we had the systems mostly in place already and could reuse part of it in that map."
In addition to this, we get word of a new Gray Market vendor system coming with Deployment 10. These Gray Market vendors will offer high quality armor and weapons that can be purchased with Prestige Points. Not only will these special items be unique to the type you can find elsewhere, but the stock will randomly rotate, offering an even-wider variety for players.

I've sub and canceled TR at least 3 times. I don't play games with pvp. It wasn't advertised as one, yet all the updates I hear are on the pvp side of things.
What was the last 'content' I saw? The fight ring.
I really like the basis of the game. The game world and monster are very well done. Base attacks/defenses are great.
But with the CONSTANT and repeated class revamps. The broke craft system and economy. And the continual pvp emphasis, there is just no way I will stay subscribed.
