All in all, great interview and I'm really glad to see that they've given great consideration to future itemization based on possible level cap raises, etc. That's something that can really kill a game... mudflation to the extreme, and you really seem to have to plan for it right from the get go instead of trying to deal with it when it happens.

Ok, to me I interpret that as him saying, 'the best way to design a game is to keep all the code created DYNAMIC'
That does NOT mean in an expansion they are going to up the level cap, it just means if the time ever comes, IF the time comes then the game code already in place to allow expansion
