I don't think every time a player comes up with an unexpected play method it's necessarily an exploit. I assume that when the CoH developers made powers that blew guys into walls, that we'd have players who would mash them into corners and beat them senseless.
Personally, I'd like to see more of this. That's what combat is about, gaining an advantage and using it to succeed. Now, I'm not condoning PvP exploitation, I think competitions should be on a level and fair playing field (not necessarily even, just "fair"). But for PvE, who cares if we find some great ways to KILL SKULS?
