Azeroth has more players from Europe, China, Asia and Oceania than the US o' A so, basically, it's neither. Stop thinking of it as a US game.

I don't think it's unfair to think of it as a U.S. game when it's the product of a U.S. developer. And it's not like this was even a serious post, anyhow.

It's a U.S. game created by a U.S. company, whose lore was created by someone from the U.S.. You may be playing it, but it's a U.S. game. Although you could argue that since Blizzard is owned by Vivendi, that it's a French game.
