BoB has two choices: Attack MC or defend Delve. BoB cannot and will not do anything strategic without scores of capitals and most of their Titans. They have shown that they cannot be in two places at once without their FC's getting the willlies. They start a campaign in Period Basis, Goons (not RSF) will start reinforcing Delve. BoB members do not have too many 72 hour continuous ops left in them, especially if the Goons op temp increases and get into a grinding mode again.

Goons have participation problems right now (the war is NOT fun, I suspect), but that will change soon. RA has a great deal of internal drama to deal with, who knows when that will be over. TCF is silent. However, the Great War is not over.

BoB's increase in activity was probably prompted by the massive Titan nerf that is expected. No one know the details, but CCP has said they want to make Titans in mobile stations, something that will probably change their role on the battlefield completetly, and not in a fashion that will be amendable to the cap blob tactics that BoB favors. CCP is also talking about changing the way sov warfare works, in truly drastic ways. So, whatever grand plans BoB have of trying to return to lost glory (they have seven regions to retake if the wish to "beat back" the invasion), they only have a few months to do it.

The northern powers (such as they are) are only relevent to those that live amongst them. CVA showed Tri does not have the stamina or skill for true POS warfare. Everyone else up there is a joke.

The fact that you can make a post like this about EVE that leaves WoW fanboys scratching their asses in confusion makes me laugh out loud.
