Writing a piece of software that interferes with someone else's private network should be illegal if it isn't already. Any arguments otherwise are just trying to escape legal trouble.

Bots = cheating. Whether it's right to sue for $20 million, who knows.

I think Blizzard is doing the right thing here, but I don't know if the losses have really amounted to 20 million. Either way they are in the right here.

I think MDY's last argument (in this summary, anyway) is a bit ridiculous. I don't know about anyone else, but when I hit 70 and start craving "a little more," I just roll an alt. I don't buy a whole second account!

20 million at all?.. sounds like peanuts for blizzard.. over 10 million subscribers each paying $12 every month or so.. that makes 120 million dollar each month, or not? :)
