"Reading between the lines, it seems Matt "Positron" Miller's taking the helm was the crucial change that opened the way for Powerset Proliferation."

That's just one way he's been good for this game. Seeing real numbers is something they resisted forever too. I think that Jack made a lot of arbitrary decisions and stuck with them despite the desires of the players. Matt is doing away with some of that slowly but surely. He's been very good for this game as has the NC SOFT buyout. It's nice to see a game this fun have a creative renaissance 3 years after release.

Yaaaawwwn! Once again the Devs take previous content, give it the smallest of tweaks and call it new. Who cares when you have already played the powersets before. This issue earns a 'meh'.

Issue 12 seems more of a re-do of older content, pertaining to new areas, with a few new goodies. Let's just hope that Issue 13 will be amazing enough to cover for this one.

I've been playing this game since it came out both coh/cov and I'm finally happy to see blasters get storm summoning and trollers get plant control. Issue 12 is going to be one of my favorite issues for the diversity it adds to both villians and heroes. I'm interested to see what new combinations are created for pvp and regular game play. I know what I'm making so villians and heroes beware a like :o)
