I just hope their work is better then their web site design capabilities. Dear God, it feels so 1995!

Looks like the logo is more general-purpose than the company name!

The logo isn't eerily similar to the Specialized logo, it IS the Specialized logo. Every grove and bump on the thing is identical. And the companies website.. as stated already, is laughable. They have less then 100 words on the whole website and they can't even spell "coming soon" correctly on the contact us page? I don't usually rant like this, but as a graphic artist myself this company has no respect from me for clearly ripping off Specialized.

Well, that is like saying - if they display this on the web too their ISP is to blame (which is why there is safe harbor and DMCA provisions etc). This isn't BM's issue it's the development companies.

Also it's up to the original trademark/copyright/IP holder to protect their brand, so they should simply instigate via the DMCA provisions.

I suggest you report them to the holder, who then can decide what action to take.
