To date, every time I've had an issue with their game, the LOTRO folks have solved everything within 24 hours. Actually they usually solve it within an hour. I love them.

If Second Life counts, I think it has the worst customer support. They like to hide behind things and not deal because they are worried about the legal ramifications of the people doing the bad things, not the people trying to rid themselves of said parasites.
