Dunno about all the items on that list. Generally its good, but I think what he really wants is Mature Hardcore players.

"Has a high sense of self esteem and confidence."

So you can be the nicest, most patient, most even-tempered person in the world but if you're new to the game and still unsure of yourself, he doesn't want you.

"Gives 110% effort in everything they do."

So casual players, again, no matter how well-behaved, are not welcome.

"Has an open mind and is willing to try anything."

That's not mature, that's a sheep. A mature person is willing to accept the responsibility that comes with not going along with every hare-brained scheme that comes along.

I think Ghen's list is actually a better one.
