For the purposes of accuracy simulations of underage sexuality are *not* illegal in the USA and the UK despite what copypasters like Misty paste.

There was a law signed by George W Bush but it was struck down as unconstinutional.

In the UK the situation, at this point in time, is that photoreal CGI child pornography is illegal. The UK law specifcally mentions as an example photoshop being used to manipulate images of children.

Germany and Canada are pretty much the two main countries where SL child sexual depections are illegal.

All moot as it's against the rules in SL as per a blog posting.

All that said... let's hope the go and good riddance. SL doesn't need paedophiles.

Ah, thanks for the clarification, there. I knew it was legally clear in the USA on first-amendment grounds, but obviously I was a bit hazier on the situation in the UK.
