Haven't got enough Age of Conan media yet? Be sure to check our Dark Templar and Barbarian hands-on, as well as the gallery of screens from CES, and a GDC PvP city preview. Could May 20th maybe come a little sooner this year?
Age of Conan trailer is up, and it's bloody

Here's the Age of Conan trailer we've been waiting on (the whole thing is after the break) fresh off of its release on GameSpot. The environments look good, but I have to say that the character models seem a bit disappointing, at least from what I could see. But there are some cool-looking mounts in here, flowing cloaks, lots of boats and of course, plenty of blood and dismemberment: the heads, they are a-poppin'.

Looking good.
I hope its gameplay and stability match its looks. I can't help but be paranoid after Vanguard and Tabula Rasa's disappointing (and in the case of the former, disastrous) launches.
There had better be an open beta window of some sort, or I won't be pre-ordering. Even a three day pre-launch playtime for pre-orders would be sufficient; after all, I could just cancel it if it looked bad before going out and blowing $50 (or $90!).
I have to admit, I do want a drinking cape. :\

When I put in my birthdate **/**/70 I'm told I may not view the content. I guess 38 is too young.

It won't let me view it either! (being 18 or over)

Seems like you have to enter the date xx/xx/xxxx (with slashes). Seems like a lame way to do it, but hey blame gamespot.

I hope the gameplay and combat can be decent as well. There it may actually turn out to be somewhat decent and worthwhile to play for awhile. Able to siege a guild city is really intriguing.

Bah, screw this video, I couldn't get it working no matter what I tried...with my birthday, (xx/xx/88 or 1988), and then with random other dates that would put me over 18...nothing. I pretty much don't care anymore.
I think it would be funny, though, to use Patricia Vance's birthdate to see if it'd work (she's the president of the ESRB). Or maybe Jack Thompson's. I'd lol if it worked.
