Correct Rogue, but their referencing it in the release as a method of promoting the title was the bit i was referring to.

LoTRO is in no way shape or form part of the Lawsuit.

LOTRO is not involved in the CURRENT lawsuit. If a judge rules that Tolkein Enterprises owes the estate a cut of the money from the movies and people with agreements with TE (e.g. New Line) cannot continue to produce new material (e.g. The Hobbit) until things regarding the movies are settled, the estate could file an additional suit about LOTRO to get the same terms enforced against Turbine.
