It's blindingly bright and garish... sort of like this "Massively" horror site compared to the old SLI.

The people behind it say it's better but it's easy to see it's the same old fluff with useless bling added.

So much for King Philip's "focussing on stability"

ur mom is blindingly bright and garish OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Just kidding, but aren't we past the whole massively/sli debate yet? And isn't EVERY update for EVERY program the same old stuff with slight enhancements made? Look at Photoshop, Office, OS-X, Direct-X, or Firefox. Every incremental update looks like the previous one with some good, some bad enhancements.

i'll probably only start testing it once I learn I can have dark backgrounds I'll probably go test it, but not before that, bright backgrounds hurt my eyes

Tateru, there's some troll using your name on the Second Life Blog comments.

Also, the moment I downloaded this I edited colors.xml to make the viewer green, like the really old SL viewers of yesteryear. I call it "UnDazzle"! But currently it looks like the green interface with the Dazzle OSX-ish translucent plastic hilights.

As for the viewer... I really wish they'd make it so we can have multiple skins installed, and edit colors from the UI itself. That would make Dazzle a lot more substantial than just a reskin - make it easier to reskin our viewers.

Saw that. Can't say as it concerns me terribly, actually. Anyone who actually thinks it was me obviously doesn't pay a whole lot of attention.

As for the whole skinning thing, I believe Dazzle is one of the milestones along the way to allowing simpler and more effective viewer skinning and interface customization. That's what we're told, anyway.

They can see the network addresses and such that the comments are posted from. It is easy for them to tell that it's not me.
