Hi, it's nice to read about some first hand experience with the game before trying it out. However, could I request that you edit your post on some inaccuracies?

Cubinet or cubizone as you call it is just the publisher (a Malaysian company). That is, they help market the English version of Perfect World in this part of the real world. Perfect World itself is developed and produced by Beijing Perfect World Co.,Ltd. (China), so the music and the translations that you mentioned are actually Chinese pop music and from Chinese to English.

One thing I didn't like about WoW was forced to be a cat or bear, when all I really want to shapeshift into is a werewolf. A zombie-fighting werewolf.

Yea I spent a few days in PW. It was very engaging at first, but once the frill of being able to fly all the time wore off, it turned out to be just another unpolished MMO grindfest.

As with all "item shop" games, if you don't buy items, you will always be a step behind those who do.

Nothing to see here, move along.

Bwahahahaha! Steak fries! The sad part is that it really does look like unending vistas of steak fries; I just never would have thought of it that way.
