exactly, if its not a panic why lay off 22 out of 76 employees, shut down 2 projects and ur events team all at the same time?
the negative press alone is a reason not to do this at the same time, which means they must have had no choice. basically, the whole thing screams out cash flow problem. of course u cant expect them to be publicly very open about that.
my commiserations go out to those who lost their jobs.
