Makes no sense why designers don't include an inventory autosort feature, especially for games like Dungeon Runners. Inventory sorting/management is by far one of the worst things about many games.

I think asking MMO developers to solve the knapsack problem for inventory systems like Dungeon Runners and Diablo would cause more harm than good (and push the development cycle back a few years).

And while autosorting loot would be nice, there are just so many criteria to sort on that it would be cumbersome to the average user. For games like WoW, I just keep certain items in certain parts of my bag (like all my ores in this bag, all items I need to have but are auto-use are in this bag, etc.).

Inventory management sucks, no doubt, but there's only so many features you can add before management becomes a behemoth.
