Lots of people say "fix this or I quit", most of whom will never actually quit the game. I actually quit LOTRO because of the sorry sorry state of solo questing in Angmar (which which was, until recently, the only zone with any content for level 45+ solo players, though supposedly there is some more of that in the Misty Mountains since the most recent patch). Apparently there WAS more solo content in the zone, I just had to know that, for example, there was one particular "solo" quest (picking the eggs out from under elite dragons that spawn sitting on top of the nests - I wasn't able to solo it eight levels later) that would, upon completion, open additional solo content that might have decreased the amount of time I would have needed to spend mindlessly grinding lizards before finally canceling at level 48.

I'm glad Turbine finally got around to dealing with the problem in time to have all of the 1-50 solo leveling content in place a mere 7-8 months after the game launched. I'm not exactly rushing back to LOTRO tomorrow, but knowing that the content needed to get to level 50 is all there makes me less opposed to picking the game up again when the level cap goes up (presumably in the expansion).
