Well, this didn't turn out to be the ground breaking case I hoped it would be, though I am glad to see judgement in favor of the plaintiffs.

I'd love to see a YouTube video of them getting interviewed by an avatar of Doug Llewelyn.

Well, there was no new law involved. Just a straight up copyright violation.

What it *does* do (like the Leatherwood case) is cement the fact that the law applies to actions independent of the medium - an important point that both defendants seemed to have overlooked.
