One Shots: A hidden mural

Today we're featuring another shot of Guild Wars (in this case, Nightfall) sent in by reader Paul, who says:

I found this mural in the northern part of Tyria's Ascalon area. It was hidden in a valley and I was very shocked that something so beautiful was hiding this far off the beaten path.

They hid it away off the beaten path because it's clearly based off of a simple sketch, not a finished piece of artwork. But as you can see, it has its own beauty anyway, so they put it in, but not where you can see it easily. Artwork that doesn't measure up to finished standards can go in as an easter egg, but not main content.

it's not part of an offbeaten path. That art is placed around guildwars, and is clearly a finished piece. There's one in Ascalon City, with the other gods who have the same art style. It's deliberate. And please, you sound so high and mighty when you clearly don't know what you are talking about, so get off your house.

and yeah, like everyone has already said, that's not in Nightfall (a.k.a. Elona). It's in Tyria, the Prophecies campaign.

You guys need a writer whose experienced in Guild Wars, btw. :P got room?

Tyria is not part of Nightfall.

Beautiful screen shot but it is not from Nightfall. That is located in The Breach in the Prophecies campaign.

Come on fellas, let's be nice. Yes, it's true that this is not in Nightfall but it's okay that the writer made a simple mistake.

On another note, I took that shot years ago and every so often i just go sightseeing. I found alot of neat stuff working for my Tyrian Cartographer title.

Massively, maybe post that ship picture i sent in next to show what other wonderful things are in Tyria?

Who is sounding high and mighty? I love GW and I dont at all come across as high and mighty. This Mural is off the beaten path, meaning, you have to go looking for it. Sure, there are other similar murals, but this one isnt just sitting in a town somewhere.
