What an awesome system that is. I read the overview on Female-gamer, I know plenty about the sytem from ahem... other sources *wink*, but I still think there's so much more to see of it. Come launch day, the shipping runs and whatnot to get to a very good port through a PvP area are going to be quite harrowing, especially since if you're sunk you can lose your cargo.

Can't wait.

This reminds me a bit of EVE-Online, it has a similar crafting system, except you don't produce your raw materials, you need to mine them. But when you want to create an item, you use a blueprint and a manufacturing plant to produce your item, in real time.

It's the only thing that interested me about potbs really, all the other parts of the game are piss poor :(

Which is a flying shame because I've been looking for a game like this type for quite sometime, oh well back to the pc version of Colonization :)

This looks fun, something new for a market that only has a few genres to pick from. And by few I mean two, fantasy or sci fi.
