In Final Fantasy XI once you reach lvl 75 (The highest lvl cap) your really just starting your quest. I have friends who have been playing the game since it started and are still working through missions and quests and obtaining armour. Having 18 (soon to be 20+) jobs you can play on a single chara helps too. FFXI was really designed too keep you playing ...well, forever really. Between exp, merits, Dynamis, Limbus, Gods, missions, crafting you'll just never in your lifetime do it all. Thats why the ol' relic of a game is still going.

I know so many people who quit FFXI for WoW, then came back too FFXI once they ran out of things to do on WoW.

Great post btw :D
