Surely this procedure would only appeal to people with "low elf esteem."

I'm heavily tattooed with 21 piercings.
This specific example may or may not be true, but it is being done quite frequently. (bmezine.com)
and the elf ear thing is no big deal,
compared to tongue splitting and subdermal implantations.
simply a matter of choices.
You can get married in your star wars stormtrooper suit if you want.

This would have been hot back in the days of Original Star Trek: real Spock Ears!
Next, maybe for Werewolf fans, how about the Wulfen "Cup and Point" ears of a Werewolf or related FantaSpecies?
What's scary is that they might actually work better than normal humanoid ears for locating sound sources...

ive got an "elf" ear and it really isnt the best thing. its on one side of my head so it only ads to the odd feelings i get. i guess i was born laying on that side so i didnt really have a choice. being that i was in the womb laying on my side it also caused me to have a different hair line on that side as well. but oh well.......i still get the ladies....

My brother was born with elf ears. If this becomes a trend, maybe the freak will finally cut his hair!! He has always kept it long enough to hide them.

*rolls eyes* No; Clearly people are doing this to live a small part of their fantasies, because negative jerks like some of you who have posted here are everywhere, and if this makes them happy, then why the *%*&^ should any of you give a fiddlers fart... I'm talkin to the lazy, arrogant fat*^&% whose spine is attached to his mouse. You know who you are; don't try to hide it.

There's nothing wrong with these people or with the desire for this procedure. What's wrong can be found inside all of you disingenuous jerks. You think this is stupid/ Really?

Well, I think your incecent whining, and nascar watching (what's goona happen next I wonder... Oh my god! It's another left turn!!!), is stupid, and you should just stop it already. What's wrong with you people? Why don't you live in my world? Aren't you glad you use dial? Don't you wish everyone did? Why can't you all just think like me? No, better yet... why the hell aren't any of you people cloning my genes damn it?!

Heck, you're all inferior for NOT doing it.

Grow up people. It's not your life. Live your own lives and stop trying to tell others how to live theirs.
